2. Maintenance Agreements Maintenance agreements are the modern way of ensuring maximum availability of manufacturing technology. Our customers have a choice of
several types of maintenance agreements, ranging from basic maintenance to extensive agreements, which combine FINN-POWER's overall know-how, flexibility, original spare parts, the latest
teleservice applications and expert consultancy.
With maintenance agreements FINN-POWER is able to assume more responsibility for the customer equipment and let him concentrate on
his essential task - production planning and improvement of manufacturing efficiency.
3. Teleservice Teleservice means using modern telecommunication technology to
overcome difficulties caused by geographical distance. Installing special equipment and software in a machine tool or manufacturing system allows real-time monitoring by our service
personnel via telephone connection or Internet. Many problems can be solved at minimum cost and minimum downtime through on-line cooperation. Should a service call be necessary, the
specialist starts his trip having access to complete information of the situation at hand.
4. Field service We are proud of our multi-skilled, international field service
staff. We have located for your convenience service coordinators in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Toronto, Canada. We offer 24/7 support for all machines
under warranty by calling 1-800-344-7143. After hours support is given by senior service technicians who have a minimum of 5 years of service with Finn Power.
Teleservice and
telediagnostics make it possible to utilize in-depth know-how at a geographical distance. This requires efficient data management, which provides specialists with machine data and service
history. What has remained unchanged amidst all this development is the qualifications of a field service specialist: it still takes the same technically competent, customer oriented
analyst as it used to - only now the systems and equipment in use are far more advanced.

5. Spare parts FINN-POWER offers 24/7 support by simply calling 1-800-344-7143.
When you call this number you will speak to a factory trained spare parts representative. We always carry OEM parts with the best possible price in the market. We have developed several complementary systems to speed up delivery of critical spare parts, offering Same day or Next day shipment when requested with any transportation company. Naturally, we recommend that the customer stocks a specific set of wear parts, and can propose various spare part stock solutions. 6. Upgrades and extensions Technological improvement keeps machinery productive. With new

Cells can be changed or added, the central storage can be expanded etc. as your operation grows.
7. Modernizations Replacing existing machinery by new is often not the
