Strap on your seat belt…a new 8-1/2 minute video on the Shear Brilliance is now available from Finn-Power International. The video graphically demonstrates how Finn-Power has
applied linear drive technology to the integrated shearing concept. The new Shear Brilliance surpasses all performance values previously associated with integrated punching & shearing.
The video begins with an historical review of Finn-Power’s innovations such as: Introducing the first hydraulic turret punch press; the Shear Genius integrated
punch/shear concept; and bringing linear drive technology to the FPL-6 laser work center. It demonstrates how the Shear Brilliance Flexible Manufacturing Cell
represents a new generation machine to provide the fastest path in fabricating sheet metal parts.
The Shear Brilliance is redefining the Lean Manufacturing Concept by consolidating manufacturing processes into one operation. This new concept
eliminates non-value added activities – that reduce material flow…while enhancing value-added activities, and increasing process speed and flexibility through automation.
