In its continuing program of employee training, a new product orientation was recently conducted at Finn-Power’s, Schaumburg, IL facility. The focus of the orientation was to familiarize
Finn-Power employees with the many new products that have been recently introduced to the North American market.
Lutz Ehrlich, systems project manager, led the training and reviewed Finn-Power’s existing and new product lines with the employees. He explained each product category, their features
and benefits, and customer applications. Ehrlich also reviewed Finn-Power’s history, various worldwide facilities, and the corporate mission and structure. “It was satisfying to see the
enthusiasm of our employees and their desire to learn more about our equipment and company,” reflects Ehrlich. “Many of the participants work in such departments as accounting and
human resources, that do not have a day to day familiarity of our equipment.”
