Customer Support Department is committed to providing

and training in the industry. We take pride in our commitment
to ensure that every Finn-Power customer's need is specifically
addressed to ensure maximum operational "up time"
and machine performance.
To provide our customers with
a technically-specific and cost-effective means to maintain
and service their machines, we will introduce a series
of training videos/CDs that are designed both as a "refresher"
course or instructional training for new maintenance personnel.
The first of these is a 30-minute
training and reference video that takes Finn-Power customers'
maintenance personnel through the entire Auto-Index alignment
procedure - from recognizing the problem and the potential
causes of misalignment, to correcting the problem and,
thus, ensuring uninterrupted high-productive machine operation.
The Auto-Index Alignment video
demonstrates the entire alignment procedure with an on-screen
technician, along with safety tips and a complete layout
of tools needed for the adjustments. It will allow Finn-Power
customers to realign an Auto-Index station in-house rather
than scheduling a service appointment. "Our customers
and their maintenance personnel will gain immediate benefits
from viewing this video and applying the procedures and
techniques demonstrated," explains Greg Sweigert,
Finn-Power's customer relations manager. "Future
benefits are realized by easy and convenient process review,
or the initial training of additional operators for years
to come. The Auto-Index Alignment video puts knowledge
and expertise in our customers' hands...when they need
it, and will save them time and money with proper training
and optimum machine performance."
