NEW BELGIUM SUBSIDIARY

     Finn-Power has a new subsidiary - Finn-Power N.V. in Eke-Nazareth, Belgium. This new subsidiary will be responsible for sales and customer service in the Benelux Region (Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands). All current employees will continue their responsibilities with Finn-Power N.V. Frank Heyerick has been named as president of Finn-Power N.V.

Other Finn-Power N.V. responsibilities include:

• Technical Service for the FPL machines
• Demonstrations and training in laser technology
• Development of FPL machines optics and lasers
• Shared responsibility of the logistics of spare parts

    The subsidiary will utilize the same facility as the Technology and Logistics Center in Belgium.
