   Since our founding in 1967, Exacta Precision Products has enjoyed a continuous growth pattern. From a small unit in an industrial plaza to our present modern 50,000 square-foot main manufacturing plant in Scarborough, Ontario and other punch and die manufacturing facilities in Montreal, Quebec and Nashville, Tennessee, we serve the metal stamping and fabricating industries worldwide for all types of punches and dies, both standard and specials.

   Our machinery and facilities feature the latest technology. CNC equipment is used extensively in all manufacturing areas. Our grinding department uses the latest in precision grinding and finishing technology, employing highly skilled personnel.

   The above, combined with in-house vacuum heat treatment of tool steels and the manufacturing of a complete line of press brake dies and shear blades makes Exacta the most complete tooling producer in the world.

   Exacta’s office has the latest computer technology in all accounting functions, customer files, inventory control etc. and is fully integrated with a network of personal computers and CAD/CAM.

   Exacta employs over 200 people, all dedicated to manufacturing punches and dies. Most catalogue items are available from stock. We also make special punches and dies to your engineered drawings.

   We are a wholly Canadian owned ISO 9002 Registered Company.

Specials
   Turret tooling is available from Exacta for a wide variety of machines that are on the market featuring all styles, sizes, and steel grades.

   With the move toward having turret machines do more specialized operations, Exacta as a specialized manufacturer of punches and dies has incorporated their knowledge of the overall industry into the standardization of many tools that other manufacturers consider special. Forming operations, cluster tooling and specialty shapes are routine.
